The best in online fashion look books and style guides that show teens how to put together trendy and hip outfits and wear the current fashion trends.

Teen girls are always looking for ideas on how to wear the latest fashions and clothing styles. Many online magazines and clothing stores feature “look books” or “style guides” that show how to assemble a variety of everyday outfits and looks. Here are some great ones to check out.

Forever21's Shop By Outfit

Forever 21 is a prominent teen clothing store. On their website they offer a section called, “Shop by Outfit”. Here a variety of outfits are displayed, all featuring clothes from the store, including the cost for the total ensemble. Clicking on the outfit will break it down piece by piece, even going so far as to include the coordinating shoes, jewelry and tights. It also features outfit suggestions for guys.

PinkMascara's Online Look Book

Pink Mascara is another trendy clothing website, but a little more on the expensive side. But it is a worth taking a look at their online look book. This look book features more style suggestions for going out or to work, and not so much for the casual college crowd.

Joe Fresh Style's Look Book

Joe Fresh Style is a clothing company in Canada, and their website (joe.ca) is definitely a great resource for fashion inspiration. Just click through the Adult Look Book (there is a Kids Look Book as well) to see how to put together the clothes for the latest season.

H&M's Online Style Guide

H&M’s website features an online style guide in a magazine type format with photos of celebrity fashion and runway fashion intermixed with H&M’s take on it. There are style guides for girls, guys and kids.

Tilly's Shop By Outfit

Tilly’s is known for hip fashion. Online they have a “Shop by Outfit” section which features 30 outfits and breaks them down piece by piece. Tilly’s also gives ideas to help transition a wardrobe from one season to the next, such as summer to fall.

LouLou's Celebrity Style

LouLou is a Canadian fashion magazine. On their website (louloumagazine.com) they have a great feature under their fashion section called, “Celebrity Style”. Here they take various outfits worn by stylish celebs and provide cost effective alternatives to put together the same entire outfit.

Alloy's Style Lounge

Alloy has a great stylebook on its website, but it is well hidden. Scanning the menu on the left at the bottom is a link called, “Style Lounge”. Here all the season’s key pieces are put together in a variety of outfits, each item available from their online store. They also have a feature under the section entitled, “Style” called Style Generator that features slides of outfit ensembles for every day of the week.

Delia's Style Gossip

Delia’s is another clothing site whose look book is well hidden. Just scroll down to the menu at the bottom of the page and click on “Style Gossip”. This page offers a variety of fashion topics such as Get the Skinny, Modern Boho and In Jeans to name a few.

All of these online style books are a great resource for teens or anyone who wants to stay on top of the latest fashions and needs help pulling together a great outfit.
